Maintenance versus corrective work. Routine solar maintenance and licensed electrical repair are two different things, and we keep them separate on purpose. If our Solar Maintenance Division finds a wiring or equipment concern during a cleaning or inspection, it is documented and quoted as electrical work — never bundled quietly into a maintenance invoice.

That separation is why the two service paths live under one company: the maintenance side can escalate to a licensed electrician the same week, and the electrical side inherits a written record of what the roof already looked like.

Our Process

Four steps, every job.

1

Evaluate

Panel photos, load review, and a walk of the affected areas before anything is quoted.

2

Scope

A written estimate covering materials, permit needs, and what is explicitly not included.

3

Perform

Work completed to code with utility coordination and inspection scheduled where required.

4

Document

Photos, labeled panel directory, and a record of what changed for your files.

Questions

Before you call.

Do you pull permits?

Panel upgrades, service changes, and most new circuits require a permit from the city or county having jurisdiction. We handle the application and the inspection appointment as part of the job, and the estimate says so in writing.

Do you work with contractors and property managers?

Yes. Remodel wiring, tenant improvement circuits, and turn work are a regular part of the schedule. Ask for the scope sheet format if you need to attach it to a bid package.

Can you look at something a solar installer left behind?

Frequently. Conduit, disconnects, junction boxes, and rooftop penetrations from a previous install can be inspected and corrected, whether or not the original company is still around.

What areas do you cover?

Orange County. See the service areas page for the cities on the regular route.

Have an electrical project to scope?

Send the details and we will come back with a written scope, not a guess over the phone.
